拓展训练中踝关节扭伤的预防和处理

  拓宽训练中踝关节扭伤的防止和处理踝关节,由胫、腓骨下端的关节面与距骨滑车构成,故又名距骨小腿关节。踝关节发作扭伤,以内翻损害最多见,因为外踝比内踝长而低,可阻挠距骨过度外翻。踝关节扭伤后,病人外跟前下方或下方有痛苦、肿胀,急性期可有瘀斑。这时做足内翻的动作会加剧痛苦,做足外翻则可无痛苦。
